The lease split matters more than the square footage number by itself. Paris Baguette took the anchor space of roughly 3,500 square feet for a bakery café serving pastries, custom cakes, and hand-crafted coffee. The remaining 1,800 square feet, plus a patio, went to Bushfire Kitchen, a California-based restaurant known for made-from-scratch comfort food and a family atmosphere. For Bushfire, this is not a debut. The Rancho Bernardo address is 11962 Bernardo Plaza Drive, Suite 110-120, and it will be Bushfire's third San Diego location and eleventh overall, joining Paris Baguette and the other tenants inside the Town Center.

General admission tickets are $65, VIP is $90, and designated driver tickets are $10. The Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary Club hosts the festival as its main annual fundraiser, funneling proceeds back into local community work.
